LED Street Light
The city street LED lighting project in Thailand was completed in 2014. There are more than 300 units of ZGSM hot sale 165W H series LED street lights in this project. After these street LED lights were put into use, the lighting conditions of this street have been greatly improved. Traffic congestion and accidents have been significantly reduced. LED means Light-emitting diodes. These are electronic components that use the passage of electrons within the diode's substance to directly transform electrical energy into light. LEDs are significant because they are starting to replace the majority of traditional light sources thanks to their efficiency and low energy consumption.
· Significant energy savings - more than 60% as compared to typical street lighting
· Good color rendering, which makes colors appear more natural.
· Long service life - up to 100,000 hours, resulting in lower maintenance costs.
· White light that is uniform and of good quality. LED lighting helps to make spaces safer by improving facial recognition for security and CCTV cameras.
· When light is not required, LEDs can be muted, resulting in extra energy savings. LEDs can also be networked and controlled remotely by connecting them to sensors and controls.
The most frequent operating voltage for streetlights was 120 volts (62 percent), followed by 240 volts (28 percent ). The majority of entities that own streetlights (82 percent) employ individual photocells to operate the streetlight's on/off function.
