The shipyard workshop lighting project in Croatia was finished in 2014. To replace old 400W HPS lamps, we recommended modular designed 160W HB series LED High Bay Lights. This solution not only help to make the shipyard brighter, but also save energy by more than 60%. The brighter lighting environment makes it safer for these employees to work in it. We chose 5000K for these LED high bay lights, because it's also called daylight white. It's similar with the color of daylight, which could make eyes of workers more confirtable to see during working.

Turning an LED Bay Light on and off has no impact on its lifespan. While the more frequently a fluorescent light is turned on and off, the shorter its lifespan becomes. LED lifetime is unaffected. That's one of the reasons why the whole world are replacing fluorescent lights by LED lights.
Depending on how the existing lighting configuration is configured, there are a variety of approaches to retrofit lighting systems with LEDs. In many circumstances, replacing the existing fixture with a new LED fixture that produces a comparable lumen output is the simplest and most basic solution.
In other cases, reconfiguring a complete lighting system plan to effectively update to LED technology may be necessary. There are a few cases when an LED retrofit kit can be used to update an existing fixture, but this requires some electrical knowledge to execute successfully.
For bright light, a spacing of 15 feet can be utilized at a height of 20 feet, and for average light, an 18-foot spacing should be used. You can go for a 20-foot spacing between the lights at 30 feet height to get a brighter light. For regular lighting, however, a 25-foot separation is sufficient.
